The main accommodation at Villa Maya comprises four bedrooms (two double’s, one twin and a “bunk room”). Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with a further shower room servicing the fourth. The house also boasts a large entrance hall which leads to a fully equipped modern kitchen with all facilities, a dining room, a lounge (with plasma television, music centre & complete satellite package) and a downstairs shower room/toilet. Externally, the villa is enclosed within it's own gardens, behind walls, hedges and locked gates, making it a very secure environment for all, including the family with "roaming" children! The double garage, situated at the top of the driveway, houses washing and cleaning facilities, ensuring you only need to travel with the smallest of suitcases! Beside the garage, there is an additional external under-cover leisure area which includes another fully equipped kitchen for use whilst eating by the pool or "al fresco"! This kitchen also houses a built in barbeque, patio, dining table and chairs and a bar with stools for those more than welcome drinks whilst lounging by the pool!

Should you so wish a gas barbecue on wheels is also housed in the garage for your use. The gardens also include a grassed area as well as mature trees and shrubs, so you can be sure to find soft shade if the heat becomes a little too much! Above the garage is a self contained 1 bedroom apartment, with en-suite, it’s own fully equipped kitchen, a lounge/diner with satellite television and a sun terrace/balcony. It boasts beautiful views to the distant hills and down the valley to Calpe and the Mediterranean beyond. The apartment can be rented by separate negotiation, but effectively turns the villa into a 5 bedroom property, thus increasing the total luxurious accommodation to 10 adults. We also provide facilities for babies including a cot and high chair, when requested.
