| Villa Maya sits perfectly on a level site in the
hills behind Calpe on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The villa is located in the
area of "La Empedrola", approximately 10 minutes drive from the centre
of Calpe. La Empedrola is a quiet hillside location with views to the Mediterranean on one side and to the hills on the other. It is located mid way between Alicante and Valencia airports and can be reached in approximately 1 hour from landing at either. It’s semi-elevated position provides views of the mountains and down the valley to Calpe and the Mediterranean beyond. The famous Calpe rock – the Penon de Ifach – can also be seen from Villa Maya and presents a challenge to be climbed by the fit and adventurous. Villa Maya rests in its own spacious grounds and is very private. It is surrounded by high walls and hedges and gives the feeling of seclusion, peace and tranquillity yet with the advantage of being local to Calpe itself which boasts 2 superb beaches, a complete selection of shops and numerous bars and restaurants to suit all tastes of cuisine. |
